What can I say? You were right as always about North Korea.  It was a great appearance. Thank you so much for helping us on such short notice.

I think you may have irritated the great General Scowcroft a little and I enjoyed the spectacle very much.

Now we are immersed in the O. J.. Simpson story for as long as the public hungers for the tawdry details. However, you and I both know what the important stories are and I'm sure we’ll talk again soon.  I got your information packet today and it’ll make wonderful cocktail-hour reading tonight--thanks for thinking of us.
